June 2, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #33 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #15-0141 FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICES - TIME AND MATERIALS Description Bids to provide 'Electrical Services - Time and Materials' were received from four vendors on April 23, 2015.  The bids of Bay Area Electric, Inc., and NCN Electric, Inc., were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications and based on a sealed scenario.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bids of Bay Area Electric, Inc., and NCN Electric, Inc., to provide 'Electrical Services - Time and Materials' in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00, be approved as presented.
